Myoilhk ships orders based on the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Available shipping destinations are subject to the delivery options shown on the checkout page. If certain locations are temporarily unavailable for delivery, the checkout system may not allow the order to be completed, or our customer service team may contact you by email.

Customers should make sure that the shipping address is accurate, complete, and able to receive packages before placing an order.

Myoilhk cannot fully control customs fees, import tax amounts, or customs clearance time.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties, taxes, or clearance fees and the package is returned, delayed, held, or destroyed, the related costs or losses may be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If your package is lost, seriously delayed, damaged, or shows an abnormal tracking status during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
